- Take the dough out of the machine, release the gas, fold into three layers, and divide into 8 pieces. Form into balls and cover with saran wrap for 15 minutes to complete the second rising.
- Flatten out each ball and place the cut-in-half bacon in the center.
- Roll them up starting from the edge closest to you. Make sure to securely close the seam.
- Tightly stick the ends together.
- Place the seam on the bottom and use a knife to cut about 3/4 of the way down, then open them up. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
- Wrap them up and let sit until they become about double in size.
- Place on a parchment lined baking tray and coat with beaten egg. Top with sliced onions.
- Squirt mayonnaise on top of the onion.
- Sprinkle on dried parsley on top of the mayonnaise. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 200°C preheated oven.
