- Mix plain flour, corn flour, salt, water and baking powder together in a mixing bowl. Add some leftover noodles, cabbage
- Add some smoked salmon, pickle ginger and mix well. You can add some another vegetables or meat that you have in your cupboard really.
- Medium heat non stick pan, spray some cooking oil on and add your batter mixture in. Leave it to cook for 5-8 min then flip over and leave it cook for another 5-8 min.
- Serve on the plate and squeeze some okonomiyaki sauce and mayo on top.
- Add some dry fish flakes if you have it but you can leave it out. Cut up and serve 🍕
